Hi, I'm Kate!

When we brought our daughter home in 2017, I expected a lot of sleepless nights but also assumed it would just slowly get better over time. I had read a few books about getting baby to sleep and I'm a very routine-driven person by nature. How hard could it be? It ended up feeling completely impossible.

 

By the time our daughter hit four months, I was a shell of a human being who had become so obsessed with getting her to sleep, it was all I talked about and yet, I was failing at it each and every day. Not to mention, I was incredibly anxious, irritable and emotional from my own lack of sleep. Does this sound familiar?

If so, there is hope and I can help you. I am a certified Sleep Sense™ consultant, trained under its founder, Dana Obleman. I became passionate about Dana's philosophy after my five month old daughter started sleeping through the night just three days into her program. My daughter is now two years old and has been an amazing sleeper ever since, fueling my passion to give other families this same gift of sleep.

Newborn Sleep Package

0-3 months

I will give you the tools and techniques needed to establish healthy sleep habits from the beginning so your baby is  gently guided into predictable and long-lasting sleep patterns.

Infant & Baby Sleep Package

4-18 months

We will establish your sleep goals and work together on a specialized program to meet your baby's sleep needs and achieve major sleep milestones based on your style and your baby's temperament.  

Toddler & Child Sleep Package

19 months and up

Toddlers and young children typically have well established sleep props. We will work together to identify those challenges and put together a specialized program based on your style and your child's temperament.
